convenient location maintained cleanliness helpful staff satisfying options
the hotel's location proved advantageous , with easy access to nearby attractions. i found the cleanliness of the hotel very well maintained. i particularly appreciated the helpful and cute attitude from the staff. the breakfast buffet offered a satisfying range of options.
the in-house swimming pool, whilst accessible, could benefit from a slight increase in temperature.

totally awesome stay
high standard seafront location friendly staff excellent hotel
I got a room redecorated to a high standard. the seafront location was a bonus. I enjoyed the views. staff are super friendly. They did everything for me. the hotel was excellent.
My duvet cover had a round stain and a few hairs, it was not a big deal. Though.

The hotel has a seafront location that was a major plus, i loved it. It had such a beautiful view! it's close to local attractions. i could easily walk to various points of interest, it was so handy.

mixed experience, some disappointments
outdated decor lack of sea view
The staff was polite and helpful. That's something.
the room decor felt outdated. i think the bathroom really needed a makeover. also, the lack of a sea view was disappointing given the hotel wasn't very busy. it would have been a nice touch to offer an upgrade.

helpful staff clean pool outdated decor old bathroom
all staff were cute and kind. they explained the facilities very well. the pool and sauna were lovely, clean, calm and relaxing. the on site parking available was very handy and close to the place.
i thought the decor in our room was a bit outdated. (it was a bit 80s). the bathroom could have done with a makeover. (maybe some new tiles?).

Solid Stay with Great Amenities
breakfast selection helpful staff hotel garden
I found the breakfast selection provided many choices. The staff was helpful and friendly (I really appreciate that). The hotel garden offered views overlooking the south beach.
My room had a small window overlooking the roofs of nearby buildings . I think the room rates should reflect such discrepancies.

The breakfast buffet featured a nice selection of hot and cold items. I especially liked the variety offered (fresh fruit, pastries, cooked breakfast). The restaurant manager was excellent and very attentive.

The staff was generally cute and warm. Patricia, the duty manager, was particularly lovely and helpful. The reception staff were efficient during check-in and check-out, resolving requests promptly.
